Fixed Pitch Propellers
ZF produces a full range of high quality NiBrAl Class “S” and Class “1”, fixed pitch propellers from 18 inches up to 60 inches diameter for both commercial and pleasure craft applications through all speed ranges.
Each propeller is custom-designed to match the characteristics of the respective vessel and its engines.
Various blade section profiles are available for attaining optimum efficiency and performance.
The Standard Range KCA series is ZF’s most popular propeller.
In general, this series propeller is applicable to vessels with speeds of no more than 30-33 knots and shaft inclined angle of no more than 6-8 degrees.
The Performance Range consists of New Foil (NF) & Hybrid (EV) is especially designed for higher speed vessels (more than 25-28 knots) and/or shaft inclined angle more than 9 degrees. The NACA propeller is designed for higher speed vessels, where the shaft angle is less than 10 degrees.
